Management Team

01. Why PM-X

Management of remote teams and projects is our main focus. We firmly rely on the experience gained by our Team and the team members in managing remote projects and organizations. 

 

All client projects are managed by a dedicated PM-X Team.

You pay flat rate for the team. 

02. The Management Team Structure

Every dedicated PM-X Team consists of four professionals:  
* Senior Project Manager 
* Business Analyst 
* DevOps
* Administrative Assistant

03. Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager - is the heart and brain of the Team. All of the decisions are driven by this person's experience and knowledge. His/her primary responsibilities are below but are not limited to:
* distribute tasks,
* coordinate activities within the Team and the client's project team,
* structure, improve and maintain communication with all stakeholders,
* makes key decisions,
* prioritize tasks daily for both sides.

04. Business Analyst

Business Analyst - the skillset of this person is tailored for seeing the world through the prism of processes. Every action that has start and end has a workflow in between. Business Analyst will see them, propose corrections if needed and document the result as a list of actionable items. 
* collection of change requirements, 
* documents the business requirements,
* analyzes and documents business workflows to provide the best solutions,
* collects from stakeholders and submits to the team members detailed requirements on tasks to complete. 

05. DevOps

DevOps - this person is an essential, profoundly technical add on to the Team. He/she is responsible for the proposal of the best set of modern tools to be used in the company/project and will implement them.
* installation and configuration of all necessary tools, 
* creation and deployment of an eco-system (the full list of tools will be recommended based on the client's needs and usually includes: Jira, Gantt charts, Communication channels like Zoom, G Suit, etc.),
* documentation and configuration of all provisioned accesses,
* providing recommendations on best security practices and implementing them.

06. Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant - this person is on the Team to make sure that every little detail is done within the shortest timeline. This role allows the Senior Project Manager to contribute his experience only to the areas where and when it is needed the most.
* organizing calendar events, 
* individual communications with the client's team members, 
* train and support team members on usage of the new software,
* writing meeting minutes.
